Mouse Anti-Bovine Coronavirus Nucleoprotein Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-bovine coronavirus nucleoprotein monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose coronavirus infection in bovine. The clone N08Y515 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y516 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
Nucleoprotein is an important structural protein of bovine coronavirus. It wraps viral RNA to form a nucleocapsid and protects the viral genome during replication and transcription. Nucleoproteins also play a role in the assembly of new viral particles, helping the virus spread within the host. In diagnostic studies of bovine coronavirus, nucleoprotein is often used as a target.
