Mouse Anti-Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus GP53 Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-bovine viral diarrhea virus GP53 monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose viral diarrhea virus infection in bovine. The clone N08Y485 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y486 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.
Specifications
Target Information
GP53 is one of the surface glycoproteins of BVDV. It is involved in the early steps of the viral life cycle, including viral entry into host cells. Detection of antibodies against BVDV surface glycoproteins, including GP53, is used in immunological tests for diagnosing BVDV infections in cattle herds.
