BioVenic mouse monoclonal antibody is specific for the Leptospira. It was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It can be applied to ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose Leptospira infection in feline and canine. The clone N07Y145 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N07Y146 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.
