BioVenic mouse monoclonal antibody is specific for Listeria. It is affinity purified by protein A. It can be applied to lateral flow assay of Listeria. The clone L8N42 can be used as capture antibody and the L8N50 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Listeria monocytogenes is a Gram-positive, facultatively anaerobic bacterium that is the causative agent of listeriosis, a foodborne illness with significant public health implications. This bacterium is responsible for listeriosis, which can manifest as meningitis, septicemia, and infections during pregnancy, leading to miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal infection.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with ice gel packs. Store at -20°C (up to 12 months) on receipt. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
