Mouse Anti-Rift Valley Fever Virus Nucleoprotein Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-Rift Valley fever virus nucleoprotein monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose Rift Valley fever virus infection in bovine, ovine, caprine, and aquaculture species. The clone N08Y421 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y422 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
Nucleoprotein is an important structural protein of Rift Valley fever virus. It wraps viral RNA to form a nucleocapsid and protects the viral genome during replication and transcription. Nucleoproteins also play a role in the assembly of new viral particles, helping the virus spread within the host. In diagnostic studies of Rift Valley fever virus, nucleoprotein is often used as a target.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with dry ice. Store at -20°C to -80°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
