Mouse Anti-Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae P46 Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae P46 monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae infection in swine. The clone N08Y743 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y744 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.
Specifications
Target Information
The 46 kDa surface antigen (P46) of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae is a specific protein associated with the bacterium. The P46 may be immunogenic and could be a target for the host immune response. Research on the P46 may provide insights into the mechanisms of infection and disease development caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with dry ice. Store at -20°C to -80°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
Documents
The product is for research use only.
