Target Information

Interleukin 18 (IL-18) is a cytokine known as interferon-γ inducing factor (IGIF) because of its ability to induce IFN-γ production by Th₁ cells. Porcine IL-18 is highly homologous to human, mouse and rat IL-18, and it's also produced by the macrophage cell lineage.
