Bovine bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells expressing GFP are created by introducing GFP into mesenchymal stem cells derived from bovine bone marrow using lentiviral transfection. By stably expressing GFP, the cells produce a vivid green fluorescence when exposed to blue light, making it easy to visualize. GFP-expressing bovine bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are valuable scientific research tools for visually studying animal cell proliferation and differentiation, individual aging, and body immunity.
