Target Information

Interleukin 16 is encoded by the IL16 gene in cattle. IL-16 has been shown to be a pro-inflammatory cytokine which exerts chemoattractant, growth factor and other activities on lymphocytes, monocytes and eosinophils by interaction with the CD4 receptor.
