Canine adipose mesenchymal stem cells are a type of adult stem cells that are derived from canine adipose tissue. They are cryopreserved to maintain their diversity and strong self-renewal ability. Canine adipose mesenchymal stem cells have the potential to differentiate into various cell types (osteogenic differentiation, cartilage differentiation, and adipogenic differentiation) and possess unique cytokine secretion functions. They have normal expression of cell surface markers (CD90+/CD44+, CD34-/CD45-/HLA-DR-/CD14-). They are suitable for various in vitro experiments, drug screening, safety assessments, and convenient research and applications in regenerative medicine and other fields.
