Product Overview

BioVenic Canine CDH3 ELISA Kit-Sandwich is designed for the quantitative determination of Canine CDH3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenate, cell culture supernatant, cell lysate, and other biological fluids using a Sandwich ELISA method. For research use only.

Specifications

Assay Type ELISA-Sandwich
Specificity The assay kit is specific for Canine CDH3.
Target Species Canine
Species Reactivity Canine
Detection Range 62.5-4000 pg/mL
Sensitivity 12.5 pg/mL

Target Information

Cadherin 3 is encoded by the CDH3 gene in dogs. Renewed analysis with respect to putative relations to Wnt signaling revealed that P-cadherin (CDH3) had three mutations in the coding region of the extracellular domain and was associated with high Wnt signaling.
