Immortalized caprine bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell product is created by using lentivirus to transfer the hTERT into caprine bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, where it is stably expressed. They are cryopreserved to maintain their diversity and strong self-renewal capacity. Immortalized caprine bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells not only have the potential to differentiate into a variety of cell types but also to extend lifespan. They are the powerful tool in the study of animal cell proliferation, differentiation, individual aging, body immunity, and other scientific research directions.
