Caprine Sertoli Primary Cells-Immortalized by SV40T Antigens
Product Overview
Immortalized caprine sertoli primary cells are isolated from caprine testis and exhibited an extended lifespan compared to normal primary cells. Primary fibroblasts are immortalized by overexpressing the large T-antigen of the simian virus 40 (SV40T antigens). Caprine sertoli primary cell products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures to characterize cell products and derivatives, as well as to investigate cell-cell interactions.
