Chicken Cardiac Microvascular Endothelial Primary Cells-RFP

Cat. No.CC12L475

Product TypeAnimal Cells and Cell Lines

Product Overview

Chicken cardiac microvascular endothelial primary cells expressing RFP are isolated from the heart of chicken. After isolating and culturing these cells, the 2-3 generation cells are cryopreserved, demonstrating high viability and activity. Chicken cardiac microvascular endothelial primary cell products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures to characterize cell products and derivatives, as well as to investigate cell-cell interactions. These cell products stably expressed RFP which transfected with lentivirus, producing a vivid red fluorescence when exposed to green light. This fluorescence can be utilized for visualization purposes in various related research applications.
