Product Overview

Chicken embryo primary fibroblasts expressing GFP are isolated from the chicken embryo. After isolating and culturing these cells, the 2-3 generation cells are cryopreserved, demonstrating high viability and activity. Chicken embryo primary fibroblast products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures to characterize cell products and derivatives, as well as to investigate cell-cell interactions. These cell products stably expressed GFP which transfected with lentivirus, producing a vivid green fluorescence when exposed to blue light. This fluorescence can be utilized for visualization purposes in various related research applications.
