Feline Tongue Primary Fibroblasts-RFP

Product Overview

Feline tongue primary fibroblasts expressing RFP are isolated from the feline tongue. After isolating and culturing these cells, the 2-3 generation cells are cryopreserved, demonstrating high viability and activity. Feline tongue primary fibroblast products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures to characterize cell products and derivatives, as well as to investigate cell-cell interactions. These cell products stably expressed RFP which transfected with lentivirus, producing a vivid red fluorescence when exposed to green light. This fluorescence can be utilized for visualization purposes in various related research applications.
