Mouse Brain Primary Astrocytes are isolated from Brain Cortex tissue in normal animals. After isolating and culturing these cells, the primary cells are cryopreserved, demonstrating high viability and activity. Mouse Brain Primary Astrocytes are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures, such as PCR, Western blot analysis, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry, for scientific research purposes. They are also used to characterize cellular products and derivatives required for scientific research, as well as to explore cell-cell interactions.
