Ovine Endometrial Epithelial Primary Cells--Immortalized by SV40T Antigens
Product Overview
Immortalized ovine endometrial epithelial primary cells are isolated from ovine uterine and exhibited an extended lifespan compared to normal primary cells. Epithelial primary cells are immortalized by overexpressing the large T-antigen of the simian virus 40 (SV40T antigens). Ovine endometrial epithelial primary cell products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures to characterize cell products and derivatives, as well as to investigate cell-cell interactions.
