Ovine Tracheal and Bronchial Epithelial Primary Cells-Luciferase
Product Overview
Ovine tracheal and bronchial epithelial primary cells expressing luciferase are isolated from ovine trachea bronchi tissue. After isolating and culturing these cells, the third generation cells are cryopreserved, demonstrating high viability and activity. Ovine tracheal and bronchial epithelial primary cell products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures to characterize cell products and derivatives, as well as to investigate cell-cell interactions. These cell products stably expressed luciferase which transfected with lentivirus, achieving visualization purposes in various related research applications through bioluminescence.
