Porcine Retinal Microvascular Endothelial Primary Cells
Product Overview
Porcine retinal microvascular endothelial primary cells are isolated and cultured from porcine retinal microvascular tissue. These cells are obtained from the third generation after isolation and culture, and they exhibit high vitality and activity. Porcine retinal microvascular endothelial primary cell products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures, including RT-PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry, for scientific research purposes. They are also employed for characterizing cell products and derivatives necessary for scientific research.

User Note
- These cells were precoated with PECAM-1 (CD31) antibody as secondary antibody. The PECAM-1 antibody, conjugated to a paramagnetic bead-coupled antibody, was utilized to identify the endothelial cell-specific antigen, platelet/endothelial cell adhesion molecule (PECAM), and isolate pure endothelial cells from samples contaminated with non-endothelial cells.
