Porcine Small Intestinal Smooth Muscle Primary Cells

Primary cells of porcine small intestinal smooth muscle are isolated and cultured from porcine small intestinal tissue. These cells are obtained from the 2nd to 3rd generation after isolation and culture, and they exhibit high vitality and activity. Porcine primary small intestinal smooth muscle cell products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures, including RT-PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry, for scientific research purposes. They are also employed for characterizing cell products and derivatives necessary for scientific research.
