Porcine Thymus Stromal Primary Cells

Product Overview

Porcine thymus stromal primary cells are isolated and cultured from porcine thymus. After isolating and culturing these cells, the third generation cells are cryopreserved, demonstrating high viability and activity. As the central immune organ of mammals, the thymus is not only the site where T lymphocytes differentiate, develop, and mature, but also where T lymphocytes are exported to the peripheral T cell pool. Porcine thymus stromal primary cell products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures, including RT-PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry, for scientific research purposes. They are also employed for characterizing cell products and derivatives necessary for scientific research.
