Target Information
C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 8 is encoded by the CXCL8 gene in cattle. IL-8/CXCL8 complex is capable of activating the expression of adhesion molecules in endothelial cells and is an important chemoattractant for neutrophils as well as T-cells and monocytes.

User Note
- Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Avoid mixing by vortexing or pipetting. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or other buffer to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/mL. Aliquote the reconstituted solution to minimise freeze-thaw cycles.
