Specifications
Target Information
Annexin A11 is a calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein involved in various cellular processes, including membrane trafficking, inflammation, and cell adhesion. Annexin A11 interacts with specific lipids in the presence of calcium, influencing membrane dynamics and signaling events. It is encoded by the ANXA11 gene in bovine. It comprises an extended N-terminal domain containing a binding site for another calcium-binding protein, calcyclin, and a C-terminal core containing four homologous ANX domains associated with phospholipid binding via calcium regulation.
