Target Information

Bovine Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein K is encoded by the HNRNPK gene in cattle. HNRNPK is localized in the actin belt and is important for the mature osteoclast formation. hnRNP K is found in the cell nucleus where it binds to pre-messenger RNA (mRNA) as a component of heterogeneous ribonucleoprotein particles. The simian homolog of hnRNP K is known as protein H16.

Target/Biomarker Bovine HNRNPK
Target Synonym heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein K; HNRPK; hnRNP K
