Target Information

Drebrin-like protein (DBNL) is a multidomain adaptor protein that is critical for organ development and the immune response. DBNL interacts with actin filaments and contributes to the formation and morphology of processes in multipolar neurons. Its expression increases the levels of N-cadherin, promoting intracellular trafficking and cell migration. DBNL is found in the postsynaptic density and plays a role in synapse assembly.
