Target Information

Keratin 10, which is also known as cytokeratin-10 (CK-10) or simply K10, is a protein encoded by the KRT10 gene in cattle. Keratin 10 is a member of the type I (acidic) cytokeratin family, which belongs to the superfamily of intermediate filament (IF) proteins. This gene has been involved in the Staphylococcus aureus infection pathway in Chinese Holstein dairy cattle.
