Target Information

TNF receptor superfamily member 4 is encoded by the TNFRSF4 gene in cattle. Research showed that gene-specific DNA methylation and gene expression levels for the TNFRSF4 and Interferon-γ genes were significantly negatively correlated, suggesting a regulatory relationship.
