Target Information

ADAM metallopeptidase with thrombospondin type 1 motif 1 is encoded by the ADAMTS1 gene in dogs. It is considered to be an anti-angiogenic factor, because of the interaction between its thrombospondin motif and CD36, a membrane glycoprotein receptor of endothelial cells.
