Canine Cardiac Primary Fibroblasts-Immortalized by SV40T Antigens
Product Overview
Immortalized canine cardiac primary fibroblasts are isolated from canine heart and exhibited an extended lifespan compared to normal primary cells. Primary fibroblasts are immortalized by overexpressing the large T-antigen of the simian virus 40 (SV40T antigens). Canine cardiac primary fibroblast products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures to characterize cell products and derivatives, as well as to investigate cell-cell interactions.
