Canine Corneal Stromal Primary Cells

After isolating and culturing these cells, the third generation cells are cryopreserved, demonstrating high viability and activity. In vitro research on endometrial cells is an important approach to studying the pathogenesis of animal endometrial diseases. Canine corneal stromal primary cell products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures, including RT-PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry, for scientific research purposes.
