Target Information

Interleukin-34 is a cytokine encoded by the IL-34 gene. It can promote the differentiation and survival of monocytes and macrophages through the colony-stimulating factor-1 receptor and may play a role in brain and skin biology. It was reported that Interleukin-34 could regulate Th1 and Th17 cytokine production by activating multiple signaling pathways through CSF-1R in chicken cell lines.
