Target Information

Sclerostin is a protein encoded by the SOST gene. It is a secretory glycoprotein with a C-terminal cysteine knot (CTCK) domain. In laying hens fed with low phosphorus diet, sclerostin was downregulated in comparison to hens in the control group.
