Target Information

11-Ketotestosterone (11-KT) is an oxidized form of testosterone that contains a keto group at the C11 position. It is an oxidized form of testosterone with a keto group at the C11 position. It shares similarities with adrenosterone, another androgen found in trace amounts in humans. In mammals, it has similar potency to testosterone as an androgen. It is also identified as an important adrenal androgen. It is a non-aromatizable and the most potent androgen in a few teleost.
