Target Information

Porcine SH3-domain binding protein 5 (PP-SH3BP5), also known as SAB, is an important protein that interacts with the Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) and plays a crucial role in the regulation of cell death pathways, particularly in response to stress signals. This protein is predominantly localized to the mitochondria and is involved in the JNK-mediated regulation of mitochondrial-dependent cell death, including apoptosis and necrosis.
