Porcine Alveolar Epithelial Primary Cells
Product Overview
Porcine alveolar epithelial primary cells are isolated from porcine alveolar tissue. After isolating and culturing these cells, the third-generation cells are cryopreserved, demonstrating high viability and activity. Porcine alveolar epithelial primary cell products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures, such as PCR, Western blot analysis, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry, for scientific research purposes. They are also used to characterize cellular products and derivatives required for scientific research, as well as to explore cell-cell interactions.

User Note
- These cells were precoated with EpCAM-1 (CD326) antibody as secondary antibody. The EpCAM-1 antibody, conjugated to a paramagnetic bead-coupled antibody, was utilized to identify the epithelial cell-specific antigen, epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM), and isolate pure epithelial cells from samples contaminated with non-epithelial cells.
