Specifications
Target Information
The CD3 epsilon subunit is a crucial component of the T-cell receptor (TCR) complex found on the surface of T-lymphocytes. The TCR-CD3 complex plays an essential role in the adaptive immune response. T-Cell Surface Glycoprotein CD3 Epsilon Chain is encoded by the CD3E gene in pigs. As an important cell surface protein, CD3 epsilon is involved in signal transduction of activation signals in porcine T cells.
