Luciferase-expressing porcine liver primary fibroblasts are isolated from porcine liver tissue, cultured, and harvested at passages 2-3 to ensure the viability and activity of the product. Luciferase-expressing porcine liver primary fibroblast products are utilized in various standard biochemical procedures to characterize cell products and derivatives, as well as to investigate cell-cell interactions. These cell products stably express lentivirally transfected luciferase and achieve visualization purposes in various related research applications through bioluminescence.
