Target Information

Nitric oxide synthase 3 is also referred to as Endothelial NOS. Previous study has revealed that in exercised dogs, the steady-state mRNA levels for ECNOS were significantly higher compared to the mRNA levels for von Willebrand's factor (vWF), a specific endothelial cell marker, and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), a constitutively expressed gene.

User Note

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Avoid mixing by vortexing or pipetting. Reconstitute in 10 mM PBS (pH 7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex. Aliquote the reconstituted solution to minimise freeze-thaw cycles.
