Specifications
Target Information
Interferon alpha inducible protein 6 (IFI6), also known as β-hydroxyisobutyrate dehydrogenase, is an IFN-stimulated gene (ISG) whose expression is highly regulated by the stimulation of type I interferon-alpha. Bovine Interferon Alpha-Inducible Protein 6 is encoded by the IFI6 gene in cattle. IFI6 encodes a small 130 amino acid interferon-inducible protein which is involved in several processes of the regulation of human viral attacks in response to type I interferon.
