Specifications
Target Information
DNA Polymerase Alpha Subunit B (POLA2), also known as dipeptidyl peptidase I (DPP-I), is an accessory subunit of the DNA polymerase alpha complex (also known as the alpha DNA polymerase-primase complex). Bovine DNA Polymerase Alpha Subunit B is encoded by the POLA2 gene in cattle. Research has demonstrated a role for POLA2 in double strand break repair and resistance to genotoxic stress.
