Target Information

Peptidylprolyl isomerase B (PPIB), also known as Cyclophilin B, is a protein with essential roles in cellular processes. It is found in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes. Bovine Peptidylprolyl isomerase B is encoded by the PPIB gene in cattle. PPIB and HMBS are recommended as reference genes for analyzing gene expression related to intramuscular fat (IMF) deposition during skeletal muscle development.

Target/Biomarker Bovine PPIB
