Target Information

Bovine TGF-Beta Receptor Type-1 is encoded by the TGFBR1 gene in cattle. TGFBR1 is involved in multiple cellular processes, including cell growth, cell proliferation, cell differentiation, and apoptosis. It acts as a receptor for signaling ligands such as transforming growth factor beta (TGF-beta). In mammals, there are seven subtypes of TGFBR1 and five subtypes of type 2 receptors (TGFBR2) associated with signal transduction ligands of the TGFB superfamily.

Target/Biomarker Bovine TGFBR1
