Target Information

Baculoviral IAP repeat containing 5, also known as survivin, is encoded by the BIRC5 gene in pigs. Treatment with 2μm isorhamnetin increased mRNA expression of anti-apoptotic genes (BCL2L1 and BIRC5) of oxidative stress-exposed porcine oocytes during in vitro maturation.
