Target Information

The Endothelin B receptor (ETB receptor) is a member of the endothelin receptor group of G-protein-coupled receptors. ETB receptors are primarily found in vascular endothelial cells. They play roles in vasoconstriction, vasodilation, and cell proliferation. Endothelin B receptor is encoded by the EDNRB gene in pigs. It belongs to the family of G protein-coupled receptors that have 7 transmembrane domains.
