Target Information

SRSF2, also known as Serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 2, is a protein-coding gene. It belongs to the serine/arginine (SR)-rich family of pre-mRNA splicing factors, which are essential components of the spliceosome. Serine/Arginine-rich Splicing Factor 2 is encoded by the SRSF2 gene in pigs. It is a member of the family of pre-mRNA splicing factors. It plays a critical role in pre-mRNA splicing.

Target/Biomarker Porcine SRSF2
Target Synonym Serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 2; Splicing component, 35 kDa; Splicing factor SC35; SC-35; Splicing factor, arginine/serine-rich 2; SRSF2; SFRS2
