Target Information

Aspergillosis is a sporadic fungal infection caused by several environmentally ubiquitous species of Aspergillus. Among domestic animals, Aspergillus fumigatus is the most common culprit. Peroxiredoxin Asp f3 is a thiol-specific peroxidase that catalyzes the reduction of hydrogen peroxide and organic hydroperoxides to water and alcohols, respectively.
