Target Information
Canine C-X-C motif chemokine 10 (CXCL10), also known as Interferon gamma-induced protein 10 (IP-10), is a chemokine that plays a role in immune responses, particularly in attracting monocytes, T cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells. It promotes T cell adhesion to endothelial cells, has anti-tumor activity, and inhibits bone marrow colony formation and angiogenesis. CXCL10/IP-10 is secreted by various cell types in response to interferon-γ stimulation and acts by binding to the chemokine receptor CXCR3.
