Target Information
Macrophage-derived chemokine (MDC) is a CC chemokine that exemplifies the emerging aspects of chemokine immunobiology. MDC is constitutively expressed, but its expression can be regulated by microbial products and cytokines, with divergent effects observed between type II (IL-4 and IL-13) and type I (interferon) cytokines.
