Swine C-C motif chemokine 22 (CCL22) is a member of the CC chemokine family, known for its chemoattractant properties, particularly for monocytes, natural killer cells, and T cells. It is produced by various immune cells, including macrophages, dendritic cells (DCs), B cells, and T cells . CCL22 mediates Treg infiltration into the tumor tissue through CCR4, facilitating tumor immunosuppression and leading to inhibition of antitumor immunity.
